Standard lead time on large orders is 1-3 working days , ( stock dependent).
Small deliveries are 1 – 2 working days as standard if ordered before noon on day 1.
Arranging Your Delivery After Placing Your Order
For large orders, once your order is placed our delivery team will call you to arrange the next available delivery slot in your area as per the lead times above.
Important Delivery Terms
Large palletized deliveries will be delivered to your warehouse or on site location. Provided there is a proper road to travel on . If delivery is to be at a residential premises goods will be off loaded at the kerbside or at a place
found suitable by the driver.
Goods to be unloaded by customer fork lift on site Depending on the size of the order. Products more than 2.9 m length will need to be unloaded by hand (manually) off the truck side. A person/s must be present on customers site to help unload the goods and sign for receipt. The delivery drivers are not insured to help unload the goods or manually by hand.
Products will be on pallet and unloaded by customer fork lift.
We will call you a day prior to delivery so you can organise to have people off load the goods when we arrive on site . If delivery is cancelled by customer we will then try our best to organise another suitable time based on our pending deliveries.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the condition of the goods when delivered, you must indicate this on the delivery form signed upon receipt of the goods. Please also take pictures as evidence of the issue and inform our team immediately by email .
